DENVER, Jan. 3, 2024 — Today, Governor Polis announced the first of multiple investments using stimulus funding from the U.S. Treasury’s Capital Projects Fund (CPF) program. The Polis administration will use $113 million from CPF to make major, long-term improvements, including expanding the state’s broadband infrastructure and connecting Colorado homes without internet access.

DENVER, June 21, 2023 — Today, the Advance Colorado Broadband (Advance-CPF) grant program begins taking applications for the federal Capital Projects Fund (CPF) program, part of COVID-19 pandemic rescue funding. CPF money will address critical needs that resulted from or were made apparent by the COVID-19 public health emergency. Colorado has $162 million to award for infrastructure projects that connect homes and businesses to high-speed internet.
